"This hidden gem is a must. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, great value, awesome service, good coffee, hot food. Highly recommend. Forgot to take pics. 2 of us each had eggs, meat, potatoes toast and coffee, the other 2 had an omelet each , toast, sides of bacon and coffee. Oh and yes a side of sausage gravy which was delicious! $40 total.....can't beat that!"

"Nice waitress, food could be better but it's definitely comfort food. The food was really greasy though and didn't sit well with me. Could use improvement. My family enjoyed the burgers though! The fries were really good too."

"Small restaurant but great on food. They have daily specials. Today daily special was their Lunch Bowl. I switch home fries for french fries. It has beef, onions, cheese, and corn. It is so delicious. Had to try the banana pudding pie. Very delicious."

"Got the mushroom Swiss burger. Onions were nicely carmelized and burger had a good sear but not over cooked. Fries were hand cut and right out of the fryer when I got them still shining from the fresh oil and crispy. Very basic menu but you can tell they care about food quality here and everything is the best version of what you'd expect from a country lunch place. Even after adding bacon to my burger, getting an ice tea, adding the fries and 25% tip my check was only $13, what I'd spend at a fast food place for inferior food. If I'm ever passing through sandy lake at lunchtime again I'll def be back."

"Nice quiet place. Hardly any one in the restaurant, which was nice. Hardly saw the waiter. The food was good. Ice cream was good. Place is clean and neat. Didn't care for the chicken but the fries were great. Fresh home fries. Baked potato was excellent."

"Spotted their sign on I-79 southbound and figured it was a small "maw and paw" restaurant (we have one near me called Minnies. It's a dated establishment. The food was great and priced VERY reasonable. I didn't get the daily special. Staff was very nice and friendly. Everyone knew each other but me, typical of a small hometown restaurant. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because the restroom needed a lot of help."

"First time trying this place out. Was very impressed! Waitress was very kind and on top of everything. Didn't have to wait long for my meal. I got a cheeseburger and fries. The fries were mind blowing and the burger was cooked perfectly."
